Richland County Deputies will quite often sit in the Blythewood Community Center parking lot with radar on. The speed limit here is 35 mph, and it is very easy to unknowingly go faster.

Along the area, the speed limit ranges from 35 to 45 and is a rural country road and it’s easy to go over. They ride through with radar on the straight stretches, but I haven’t noticed them hiding.
