Dillon, South Carolina Speed Traps

Highway 9 is the main northern route to Myrtle Beach that has to pass thru Dillon. The cops work both ends of this route at the city limits.

Hwy 301 South: on the right side of the road a policeman will hide up in the parking lot of a local hardware store and the speedlimit is posted right beside the lot at 35mph.You can’t see him until you are right on him and there is no way for you to slow down. Watch out Dillon is a big speed trap
