Forest Acres, South Carolina Speed Traps

If you should happen to drive through Forest Acres, then beware. This whole town is a speed trap. They run radar almost 24/7 and when you go to court, you will find that most of the people are there for speeding violations. Moral of the story? Don’t speed in Forest Acres!

This whole town is a speed trap! Be especially wary on Forest Drive and Trenholm Road. They will snag anybody they can. I got tagged here once, and when I went to court I saw that most of the people were there for speeding infractions. Methinks we have a revenue generator here! If you are a USC student, a soldier at Fort Jackson, or just new to the Columbia area look out! Forewarned is forearmed.
