Tickets written for "careless driving" as this is an offense that is difficult to disprove and requires no radar to back it up. Start video taping your speedometer upon entering Holly Hill. Cheif of police is main perpetrator of writing these illegal tickets. If debated just prior to appearing in court, cheif of police will ask to see the ticket and will write "45/30" on it. ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF HOLLY HILL POLICE against out-of-town motorists. Avoid HOLLY HILL altogether.
