US Highway North Highway 11 near Picket Post Fire Dept
The speed limit drops quickly from 55 to 45 just prior to the fire department and continues for a couple of miles after before going back to 55. Officers may be parked on either side of the zone watching for speeders. They tend to not be very tolerant.

Past Ingles and beyond, it is a straight shot for about 5 miles with a 55 mph speed limit. State Troopers and County Deputies park in various places and will not hesitate to pull a person over that is going over 60.
