Six Mile, South Carolina Speed Traps

When you are driving down Jones Mill Road toward Duke Power Plant there is a little valley about one mile before the intersection with Old Seneca Road. When you start to go down the big hill it is real easy to go 60 or 70, but the speed limit remains 45. There are sometimes cops who sit at the bottom of the valley and clock people coming down the hill. You can’t see them until you’re half way down the hill and you’re already speeding. Once you see them it’s too late to slow down because they already have clocked you.
