Ocean Blvd. south
Barney Fife hides behind signs on the western side of St. for travelers heading north. Its marked 30 mph due to pedestrian congestion in summer, but enforced year round although its desolate. 45 would be safe..I was ticketed for 39 in a 30 though there were no pedestrians (Feb) or any other cars for that matter. Stick it to the out of towners!!!!!!!
