1/2 mile before Birch Tree, Traveling east
You are traveling east on state Hwy 60 when about 1/2 miles before you get to Birch Tree you come around a curve with a big rock blocking the view, There, sitting off the road sits the cop giving tickets for speeding. The speed limit has just dropped to 50 mph when you get to the curve and rock.
