This is definately a speed trap. I saw the motorcycle cop ticketing someone around 9am on Sunday 3/31/2013 arorund 9 am, and just saw the same cop at that location at 0830 on Sunday 4/14/2013. He was using a radar gun aiming it at cars that were coming off of the Friendship Bridge. There was also a police SUV talking with the cop at 0830 on 4/14/2013. He is out generating revenue for the city of Surprise that went deep into the red in the recent past. Surprise has several photo suvs, but I have only seen the motor cycle cop and police cars ticketing there. I have seen this being a hot spot for tickets for the past 5 plus years.
