168 Bypass near approximately .5 miles north
Travelling North on the 168 bypass just north of the toll booths. Mostly ocurring Thursdays through Saturdays. Those vacationing travellers "bolting" out of the booths after paying the toll travel up and over the "hill" vieing for position before the lanes are reduced from four to two. Two or three motorcycle officers accompanied sometimes by a patrol car sit in median facing south on the 168 bypass at the bottom of the overpass to old Battlefield Blvd waiting for unsuspecting motorists to fly over top.
