19th Street near Euclid Avenue
There is an upland motorcycle policeman that sits behind the Nursery building on 19th street right after Euclid ave and before the Target/Kohls shopping center. Also, the posting of the speed limit in this general area is void and changes come fast, basically where he sits seems to be the change of speed limit.
