200 W. Cevallos Street near Flores Avenue
A single motorcycle cop was stopping people at the end of a very difficult-to-see school zone. I saw him have several people stopped, including myself. I returned an hour later and he was still stopping people. His name is Hillario Gurrola, Badge # 444.
