Police usually sit in the Board of Education parking lot to catch speeders going up and down Washington Ave (213).

The Board of Education building was torn down and there is a Washington College building there now. There is no place for the police to sit any longer and I have never seen a speed trap on this section of road in the seven years that I have lived in Chestertown.
