I gotten bagged twice at this location!! So beware

Not sure if this is where I got stopped doing 48MPH in what I thought was a 45MPH zone. Did not see any signs to indicate what the speed limit was as I had never traveled this road before. Had a passenger in the car on our way to Children's Hospital in Aurora to visit our grandson and was looking to turn onto Colfax Blvd. while traveling south on Airport Blvd. I chose to go to court to argue my case and you can guess the outcome. This was my first ticket in 50 years of driving and I hated to get my first ticket under those circumstances.

Anywhere on Airport north of Alameda is ripe for traps. APD LOVES putting a bike or two off the southbound side of Airport just north of Colfax, for example.
