The police officer normally sits in the parklot of Byron’s liquor store located at 23rd Broadway or by the army nationals guard

I’m not calling it speed trap however,The only time they sit there is at night after 5:00 PM or sundays when all of the state employee’s have gone home for the day I’m not trying to make it a racial issue, it already is one because the only people that are stopped and ticketed most of the times are black people.
