236th Street near Landings Street
cicero, with the highest cop per person ratio in the natural free world, places a cop at the western edge of the morse bridge during am rush. speeds drop from 50 to 30 to 20 within 1/2 of a mile and they’ll grab you for 5 over. i mean, afterall, with no other source of revenue this small town has to bilk somebody and motorists are as fair of game. how else can you feed the 10 cops hired by a town of only 3000?

just to put facts to the Cicero Indiana speed trap. The town employs 8 full-time employees, and 11 reserve officers. The town's population is 4800. Jackson Street is heavily patroled, along with Stringtown Pike, State Road 19. Do the speed limit.
