240 eastbound side Loop near Interstate 40 to lamar
This normally occurs in the early morning hours between 3 and 4 A.M. It is also when most employees at FED-EX are leaving work. Officers sit in the emergancy lanes right and left,with there lights off.From a distance it looks like a broken down car untill youre up on them and see there lights across the top of the car.They normally shot you form there rearview mirror.YES thats right the mirror! The speed limit is 55 on the loop,why it is not 60 or 65 I have no idea.The average speed of the 240 loop is 70 at any givin time of the day.Be mindful if youre out late be it comming form work or a night out downtown.They will write you for 65!
