400 block of W. Patriot St. by Stair’s Restaurant
When coming in to Somerset from 281S or 31W you will pass this location. The Borough police set up a device that sits on each side of the road near Stair’s restaurant. One officer sits by this device in an unmarked car and reports which car to pull over to other officers sitting up the street from him. A lot of tickets are given out when they are set up here.
