59th Street near Adams Street
Two spots in the same vacinity. Just West of Adams St. on 59th St. Cops will sit in the Twin Lakes Park parking lot and across the street in the apartment building that is closest to Williams St. (Tower 3 of Twin Lakes Apartments). Usually in the morning before the school rush and in the afternoons between 2 and 4 pm.
