81 North and 70 East
They sometimes sit on the on-ramp to 81 north from 70 east in behind the trees so that he can catch people coming either up the ramp from 81 north getting on 70 west or people coming off the ramp if your doing more than 30 on the ramp or 45 getting on the ramp.

The speed limit on any ramp is the same as the last posted speed on the road the ramp leads from. (unless a change in speed is posted by a speed limit sign) The speed you see in the yellow signs on ramps is a cautionary reccomendation which is why the words "speed limit" does not appear on those signs, thus exceeding that speed is not a chargeable offense.
