9A Connector Expressway near Arlington Expressway
Heading East on Arlington Expy. onto the new overpass to the Northbound 9A/Southside connector, as you come around on the overpass they are waiting at the bottom most of the time. I am still not sure what the speed limit is there (45?), it changes several times on the connector apparently. Speed limit is 50 on the Expressway before the overpass.
