A white patrol car is often parked directly across the casino entrance on Hwy 45. I think the speed is marked down to 45 mph from 55 mph. He must be there to catch drivers who fail to reduce their speed as they drive south into Watrersmeet on Hwy 45. Possibly he might issue tickets for ‘incorrect turns’ ($105), i.e. failing to use a turn signal.
