All Areas
Both Plymouth City and Plymouth Township Police as well as the Wayne County Sheriff Department, **STRICTLY** enforce speeding throughout the entire Plymouth area. Police will typically stop for 14-15 over, but it is not uncommon to get stopped and written for as little as 10 over. Plymouth Township uses LASER speed detection in addition to RADAR, which can pinpoint a single vehicle out of a large group of traffic. My advice: Dont speed in Plymouth. And if you get pulled over by the county, they have "unofficial" quotas, so you arent getting a break.
