Alpha Int. Road near Alpha International Building
If you go down the road that the Alpha International Building sits on, right by 16th Ave. NW,it is a long open road, ideal for someone to speed. There is also a city park by one of the Alpha International Warehouses where the cop likes to sit. Then the cop can radar out onto the road, and you can’t see him until the last second.
