Anywhere within the village limits
The police in this town watch the speed limit very closely. They also pay special attention to vehicles that they are not familiar with. There was a person who was pulled over heading out of town because they accelerated to the increased speed limit sign within their site before the actual sign and they were ticketed.

Cop sets next to old cemetary on the south side of Litchfield Rd. when comming in to town from the east. Sets in a friends driveway out of sight on the north side when comming from the west. Your best bet is to just do the speed limit in Litchfield. Young cop looking to be a big shot.
