Unmarked black cars hiding on side streets and in parking lot at the rec. center. Radar used to catch speeding cars. Also, looking for people running stop signs.
Beware stop sign at bottom of the hill on Gillespie and Julliard. Also, watch speed in all directions for several blocks before reach Mesa Elementary in all directions.
