They hang out behind cars and especially if there is a van or truck they can hide behind. Then from about 2-3 blocks down they radar your car and then jump out in the street and nab you! The thing is…there is a school 2-3 blocks down and it’s 25 mph then as you get to him it’s 35mph. He’s there most every day with at least 2 cars pulled over. They really need to put out signs saying school ahead! Then we would know that it’s changing soon. Same guy hides down the street in a big bush and gets you there too. It’s at the intersection at Eckstrom & Balboa! Watch out!
