At park near church at Hartford/Park Blvd intersection
They clock you at the bottom of Park Blvd hill on blind corner. Difficult to keep at 25mph without riding brake down the long hill.

If I can maintain 25mph (the speed limit on a residential road with many children biking and walking to school) down that hill and approaching the "blind corner" (which would call for extra caution wouldn't it) -- so can you.
