At WestLake Houston Blvd. and San Jacinto bridge.

When you are driving on Westlake Houston Blvd. from Atascosita, going northbound and cross the San Jacinto River, the speed limit is STILL 40 mph like it was on the bridge. Of course, nobody was doing 40 mph on the bridge. The police will almost always be on the left or right side (before Wells Fargo Bnk.) waiting.

Comments:
I just received a huge speeding ticket in that exact place! Heed the warning!! The speed limit is 40 and no one goes 40! They were all passing me by and I was going 57. I was the unlucky one that got caught. I had no idea how fast I was going. To me, the speed limit should be 45 or 50.
