Parks on any side streets near Austin in Tuscan Lakes

Comments:
This is not a speed trap. It is a neighborhood where people should be driving within the posted speed limits or get a ticket. I have personally almost been hit twice by speeders who love to use the Tuscan Lakes neighborhood as a cut through and get irritated if they cannot go 50 down Austin. If you aren't speeding, there is no trap to be found. The residents are more than happy to see the cops out there writing tickets for people willing to take out people because they are in a hurry. Check out the street light that was mowed down near South Shore Blvd....and also the trees on the bend near Tuscan Lakes Blvd....not to mention the car that jumped the curb and luckily only killed the family dog instead of the kids that were playing with him..... Speed all you want elsewhere, but residential areas are not the place to do it. Show some respect to the residents that have to dive out of your way!

Here's a great idea: don't play in the street! The street is for cars, not people. Stick to the sidewalks! Goodness gracious. Why is it that people think they can make cars go artificially slow when they shouldn't be playing in the street. Goodness gracious!

It is a speed trap. It is pathetic to see our tax dollars paying these cops to hide and give speeding tickets to people going 30 miles an hour. Would rather pay for speed bumps if it's such an issue, so the cops can do something useful. P.S. 25 mph, 30 mph, or 50 mph, if you are playing in the street (where cars go) and get hit -you're gonna get hurt.
