State Troopers park on the corner of McCracken Road and Baltimore Rd. The trooper stands behind the telephone pole on Baltimore Rd across from McCracken Rd. The police cars are hidden so you don’t see them until the trooper steps out in the road and flags you over. There are usually 2-4 cars parked on McCraccken Rd.
