Along Barrow Rd. State Troopers like to sit in the many neighborhood entrances and their service trails with lidar and instant-on radar. They do this no matter what time of day, but especially mid afternoon and at night. They take great pride in catching people after school has let out and the school zone is still in effect. They use motorcycles and cars, and even the HP city police gets in on this from time to time.
