Belt Parkway near Bay Parkway
Heading eastbound on the belt parkway , the rest stop for the bayparkway exit there is a NYPD motorcycle unit and a highway patrol unit , bike unit I usually see him using the patrol car’s radar gun hops on bike and takes off after the speeding vehicle , during the winter season its hard to see him because the sun is usually bliding you .
