Bethpage, end of parkway traffic circle
I was going around the traffic circle (seems to look like a skidpad 
which is the end of Bethpage parkway in Bethpage and I was going to the 135 (seaford Oyster bay) and was pulled over down the block for going 60mph around the traffic circle. I didn’t see the unmarked black SUV hiding
