Unmarked black police car with camera on dashboard sits between the stretch of E. 30th and E.18th street. He rotates either side of the street. He will not only snap your picture and you receive the $100 prize in the mail, but he will also chase you down and pull you over too. He’s multi-talented!!! He’s there at anytime of the morning or afternoon to catch you on your way to work, on your lunch hour, and going home.
