He waits to you hit max speeds, turns on the POP radar (that is instant radar) and bam, you got yourself a $200+ ticket. He is super aggressive and speeds and weaves through traffic. The windows are blacked-out so you can’t see the light-rack. He’s usually out in the mornings at rush hour, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Watch this cop in action, he methods just scream public safety.
