Anywhere between Gardener St. and Prairie Hill Rd. They sit in every parking lot possible… and often times with no lights on (not even parking lights). And getting out of a ticket here… good luck!

They got me!!! And Since I am not allowed to post my rantings I wont... South Beloit, rockton, and roscoe are the worst! I had at least 3 different cop cars follow me, just in my 15 minute drive thru South Beloit. But I now set my cruise control! They wont be getting me again !!!!!!!
