Boulevard is a 2 lane (in each direction) street. As you approach the Edgewood cross street there is a small sign (partially covered by graffiti) alerting drivers the right lane must turn right…because it’s ending. The sign is hard to see, it’s also posted literally 50 feet from the intersection and drivers try to jump over to the left lane and continue straight. Police hide on the next street and pull drivers over all day everyday. I live in the building right about the intersection.
