Motorcycle officers sit just off Braddock at intersection of Braddock and High St. Many cars get caught after coming up the hill after the intersection with Russel Road, going away from old town. I live across the street from this trap and have witnessed it at all times of day, particularly evening/afternoon rush and weekends.
