Broad Avenue (after exiting from Route 80 East)
There seems to be a ridiculous amount of cops patrolling Broad Avenue which has a speed limit of 25mph. I have seen many people get pulled over who couldn’t be doing more than 28-30, at max. They are also fond of busting people who attempt to pull into the (limited) diagonal on-street parking spots from the opposite lane. The irony is that the cops should pay more attention to the winding, narrow residential streets off of Broad, like Crescent Avenue, where speeding is truly excessive and drivers don’t seem to understand the concept that sometimes, though technically it is a two-way street, only one car can go by at a time. I also notice that for all the cops pulling over "speeders" on Broad Ave, it takes a long time for any of them to show up when there is a fender bender or accident (such as a recent traffic signal poll being knocked down by truck that sped away– pedestrians actually took to directing traffic themselves on that corner and this actually occurred down the street from the police station!) Unbelievable.
