Hidden in places of business or in any area where the speed limit drops quickly. These guys will ticket you for anything they can. Most are part-timers just trying to justify their existence in a country town of 1200 people that has no crime.

Elmer itself is a speed Trap, counsel members want this, ticket out of towners, its not illegal because your doing 26 miles in a 25mph zone.
