Brown Road near State Highway 603
The cop sits at the Newakum Grange either facing down Brown Rd. behind the neighbors garbage cans or facing the Highway usually starts around 4:00 A.M. till Mid-morning.

I don't think you all understand what a speed trap is! Brown Rd is clearly posted 35 MPH. If everyone would stop going 50 to 70 MPH I would not have to sit there!
