Buchanan Virginia
Route 11 just outside of main town area on way to exit ramp to I 81. speed limit 25, turns to 55 near the exit. Garmin GPS says 55 even during the 25 zone.
Officer sits where road changes from two lanes to one lane and just before the 55 zone sign.
