On Buck Jones Rd. between Walnut Street in Cary and Western Blvd in Raleigh. When heading from Walnut St towards Western Blvd down Buck Jones Rd. you cross over town line at top of hill into Raleigh. Speed limit is 35 which you will exceed if you don’t ride your brakes on the way down.
