Buckland Avenue
The police tend to hide there cruisers in order to blend it with other parked vehicles. In my case the officer was parked behind other vehicles, in order would make his alledged marking of my vehicle incomprehensible. This officer has a history of gunning for people, and has been warned about his conduct.

To the author of this untruth. First I can only assume you were visiting our 19th presidents home at the Hayes Presidental Center.
Now if you are heading SouthWest from Birchard Avenue I really do not believe there is parking allowed on the right hand side of that street as it is residental from Birchard to Hayes, and from Hayes to Cleveland Street there is NO PARKING ON EITHER SIDE. From Clleveland to the city limits there is no parking.
NOW coming NorthEast from the city limits to Hayes there is no parking due to the wideth of the street and 100% of the people have parking on their own property. From Hayes to Birchard there is parking allowed AND the officer you are referring to RESIDES on that side of the street.
As for the "gunning for people" I really feel you have a serious problem with the law. The officer you are referring I doubt you on as the information you supplied about being called upon would not be released to the public.
