Centennial Boulevard near Garden Of The Gods Road
Periodically the speed limit signs are moved from 40 MPH
to 35 MPH and the cars sit in the small shopping mall and
radio violations to motorcycles. Speed limit signs are
not posted often enough for persons turning from Holland
Park to see what the limit is.

I’ve lived in the area mentioned for over 20-years. I’ve never seen them change the speed limit signs to create a speed trap. It does change speed limits along Centennial Blvd., as it goes through a residential area.
