The cops hide everywhere along this stretch–they must have nothing better to do–and it works nicely for them because the limit goes from 35 to 45 to 50 to 35 etc with only the tiniest of signs posted warning of the change. I have been pulled over twice along this stretch, once for driving 45 in the 35 zone when there was NO other car visible on the road for at least a mile each way and the weather was decent, and then again for using my brights when the only other car on the road to the horizon was a cop car. This is where they hunt to fill their quotas, from about 10pm until at least 4am.
