Police have had complaints about speeding along N. Central from Delmar into Clayton (cop told me so himself). I do see loads of people speeding, but I got a ticket for "rolling through a stop sign" when I had stopped for 15 seconds at the intersection to let construction workers finish working in the street. If that is any indication, U City police are ticketing anyone who drives through there.
