Central Scranton Expressway near Providence Road
The cops sit before the providance road exit set back off the road while another chaser car sits ahead by the exit to pull over the car speeding. This happens on both sides of the exspressway inbound and outbound to the center city.Sometimes you could see the chaser car ahead so be aware and slow down when you see that car.

the exit also goes by the name of 7th ave & or railroad ave, but it is by the Redners supermarket, 1st exit leaving city and last exit before entering city
