Chapman Road, between SR434 and SR426.
This road is just outside the Oviedo city limits, so the trap is manned mainly by Seminole County Sheriff’s Office personnel, however I have seen Oviedo city cops and the Florida Highway Patrol working it. I’ve even seen nearby University of Central Florida Campus Police working the trap. I commute early morning (0545 hrs) and have seen cops already setup and also in the afternoon on the way home. Cops will work it with radar, motorcycles, marked and unmarked cars. Just recently one afternoon I saw 5 FHP cars with radar working Chapman. Be careful and watch the lead-foot.
